Why is my Google Business Profile verification failing? Usually something in the profile doesn’t match your real premises: extra keywords in the name that aren’t on your signboard, no permanent signboard, the map pin in the wrong place, or an old duplicate profile. Fix these, then record one continuous video showing the street, your signboard and proof you run the business (unlocking the shop, stock, tools or a utility bill).

Ask every customer on the same day, using a direct review link sent on WhatsApp. Put a QR code on bills and counters, and reply to every review. Never buy reviews or offer discounts for them. Google removes them and can suspend the profile.
