Free Audits

Free audits are provided for information only, with no obligation. They are based on publicly available information at the time of review.

No Guarantees

Search engines control their own results. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, calls, revenue, verification, reinstatement, or inclusion in any search or AI feature. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Your Accounts and Ownership

You own your website, domain, Google Business Profile, analytics, and data. We work with the access you grant and will return or remove our access when our services end.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, give timely access needed for the work, and ensure you have the rights to any content, images, or trademarks you ask us to use.

Payments and Cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance on a month-to-month basis, with no setup fee. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false information, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, graphics, and diagrams, belongs to RankAutomate Agency unless otherwise noted and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RankAutomate Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from use of the website or services. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Our work may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Bing, Apple, and directories. We are not responsible for their policies, changes, or decisions, including suspensions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
