SEO works in a fixed order: fix the basics, build relevance, then build trust. Here’s what happens and when.
| When | Step | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1–3 | Free audit video | Your problems, ranked by impact |
| Week 1 | Google profile fix | Categories, services, photos, hours, verification |
| Week 2–4 | Website fixes | Speed, mobile, indexing, WhatsApp button |
| Month 2 | Pages | Service + area pages (e.g. “dentist DHA Lahore”) |
| Month 2–3 | Reviews | Review link, QR code, reply templates |
| Monthly | Report | Calls, WhatsApp clicks, map views, rankings |
What Do You Need From Me?
Access to your Google profile (as a manager), website login (as a user), photos of your business, and 15 minutes a week on WhatsApp.
When Will I See Results?
Profile fixes can raise calls within weeks. Competitive city terms usually take 3–6 months.
Questions Pakistani Business Owners Ask
Meri website Google pe nahi aa rahi. (Why isn’t my website on Google?) Most likely Google hasn’t indexed it. Add the site to Google Search Console, submit your sitemap, and use URL Inspection on your main pages. Also check that WordPress’s “Discourage search engines” box is unticked and that your pages aren’t set to noindex.
Why is my Google Business Profile verification failing? Usually something in the profile doesn’t match your real premises: extra keywords in the name that aren’t on your signboard, no permanent signboard, the map pin in the wrong place, or an old duplicate profile. Fix these, then record one continuous video showing the street, your signboard and proof you run the business (unlocking the shop, stock, tools or a utility bill).
