Who writes RankAutomate Agency content?
Content is written and reviewed by Faisal Zahoor, founder of RankAutomate Agency, who works on Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO and technical SEO for service businesses. See our About page.
Where do the questions come from?
We start with what owners actually ask: discussions on Reddit and local SEO forums, Quora, Google’s “People Also Ask” results, and questions from audits and client calls. We use these for the questions and the language, not as evidence for answers.
Which sources do we use for answers?
- Google first. Google Business Profile guidelines, Google Search Central documentation and Google’s own help pages.
- Recognized experts second. Published local SEO research and industry studies, named in the article.
- Our own experience. What we see in audits and client work, labeled as observation.
When a claim comes from practitioners rather than Google, we say so. When we can’t verify something, we leave it out or mark it clearly.
What does our editorial policy rule out?
- Invented statistics, results or case studies.
- Fake reviews or testimonials.
- Ranking or lead guarantees.
- Advice that breaks Google’s guidelines, such as keyword-stuffed business names or fake locations.
How do we keep content up to date?
Google changes often. Under this editorial policy, we review key guides regularly and update them when Google’s guidelines or our experience change. If you spot something outdated or wrong, please tell us and we’ll check it.
Do we use AI to write content?
We may use AI tools to help research and draft. Every article is checked against the sources above and edited before it is published, and the facts are our responsibility.
