What happens before you sign up?
You get a free Local SEO audit within 3 business days. It includes a video walkthrough, a Google Maps rank snapshot, a comparison with competitors ranking above you, and a short priority list. You can use it with us, with another agency, or on your own.
What happens in the first 30 days?
- Access, set up the right way. You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile. You stay the owner.
- Tracking. We set up call and form tracking so we measure calls and booked jobs, not just traffic.
- Profile fixes. Categories, services, hours, photos and description.
- Website basics. Fix technical problems that block your main pages, and check NAP and schema.
- Baseline. We record your starting rankings, calls and reviews so progress is measurable.
What happens in days 31 to 60?
- Build or improve your main service pages and the towns you most want to win.
- Start a simple review request system your team can use after every job.
- Clean up citations on the major platforms.
- Publish helpful content based on the questions your customers actually ask.
What happens in days 61 to 90?
- Local links and mentions: suppliers, associations, sponsorships, local news.
- Expand pages based on what is already gaining traction.
- Review results against your baseline and adjust the plan.
What will I see in my monthly report?
